YMMV, but my company didn't care. Logbook audit was very quick. Just looked at the entries for the check-ride and verified you met ATP requirements

Your APD will probably ask some questions about the flight just to see if you're BSing but the Indoc audit is just to make sure your hours are valid and legal. It sounds like you logged the safety pilot time correctly which is what they look for in the Indoc audit (not logging XC time as safety pilot for your 200 hours). They don't want to spend $50k on someone and have the APD deny them because they don't meet the aeronautical experience requirements.

For example, i had a day of pipeline patrol where I flew 14.2 hours so my APD asked me about it. I remembered where I took off from, where I landed, and the route that I flew. He asked how many times I landed and I told him I had no idea and we moved on.

If the company gave you a class date they probably don't care how you got the hours. That would matter more during the interview section of it.

I had a guy get questions about his pipeline time because it was so much flying in a single day.  I can't imagine how they will look at 12 hrs of safety pilot in a day.

I mean you've already got the job, so you're fine there. If you meet the requirements, you meet the requirements. They're not going to send you home at this point. Any logbook audit is just to ensure you're legal.

An interview audit would definitely question 12 hour flying days.

I was specifically asked “do you have any safety pilot time” I had 1 hour lol they didn’t care about that.

My company literally just looked at my logbook to see if the numbers at the bottom met their requirements/FAA requirements. The whole review took 15 minutes. 

Even during the checkride with the APD (airline employee that acts as a DPE), he did something exceedingly similar with the notable exception of he wanted to look at a single entry at random. It was a nothing burger.

About to start regional training in a few weeks, I did some time building to meet my class date, about 400 hours worth with a mix of me being safety pilot and vice versa. I know all the in's and out's of logging time appropriately with a safety pilot and as acting as a safety pilot. Will I run into an issue with the logbook audit during indoc? I do have some long days, like 12+ hours on some of my days that I flew.
